I have been a member of bingo vega for well over min 5 yrs prob longer cant find actual date joined

in these years I have made countless deposts with them never withdrawing ever until last month when i finaly made withdrawl of 1000.00 so was content in thinking this site does pay out its payouts
well low and behold i won a big pot on the keno of 8800.00 excited i cashed out 7500.00
only to be told i cant have it

in my defence thier history only went back for my deposits to june 2011 no further but just in the time from june 2011 to aug 2012 i deposited well over 4000.00 dollars and am more than positive over the years have deposited well beond that amount if you figure min 4000.00 a year in five years it should be around the 20000.00 mark


well this is the leter i have recieved from them This e-mail is to notify you that your $7,500.00 withdrawal request has been declined due to the bonus rules. According to the bonus rules when customers play casino games with bonus funds; and the bonus received is 100% or more of the deposit amount, players must wager the deposit plus associated bonus amount FORTY FIVE (45) times (craps and roulette wagers are not included) to be able to withdraw the winnings:

$99.95 + $210.89 + $99.95 = $410.79 x 45 = $18,485.55 (this is the amount you must have wagered before requesting your payout)



However, you only played $5,061.90 before making your $7,500.00 withdrawal request (you need to play $13,423.65 more).



Keep in mind, any redemption request made before the wager requirements have been meet will result in forfeiture of remaining bonuses and the requested amount will be flowed back to the account balance. As stated, your withdrawal funds have just been put back in your bingo account in order for you to play and meet minimum rollover to cashout.

now since getting this letter i have tried contacting accounting threw the online number only to be told accounting not taking calls anymore

this is unacceptable practice not only not wanting and weasle out of paying with the numbers they are doing but that they say i cant have any of the money

I am at a loss on who to contact to have this fraud investigated what a very dissappointing thing to win something and not be able to get it
if anyone knows how i can go after them to get my payout pls let me know

and to further add insult to injury they claim any winnings done with said money will still be bonus wins this means that you will never have put enough money in to get any out but hey you can have it if you just spend that 7500.00 and 8000.00 more and dont forget the rule if you want to withdrawl you have to make a deposit on the month but you cant make deposit when you have money in your account so you have to spend that then there is the little rule that oh we will only allow 500.00 per week withdrawl up to 2000.00 a month they have rigged this so there is no way they will pay out a cent the winner testamonials have to be fixed

as stated i have in just what i have found in bank statements deposited well over 5000.00 in the last 12 months alone not to include other years that i am getting all bank statements together for I am hoping that ppl take note on how they have rigged there payouts
ps... on another note they refuse to call me in person and have since removed there fact page with withdrawl rules

well frozen any site have wagering requirements i guess you didnt review them before requesting the payout

i played at Vega and always received my payouts on time but i do always review the wagering requirements before i request the payouts. I was very naive a while ago.

If you met them there is no way for them to decline the payout.

this is my suggestion because the same will happen in any other bingo-casino-sports betting site if you dont check the requirements to cashout.

wow that all sounds so familiar, they told me the same thing but they never paid me . They gave me my last 3 deposits back and closed my account thinking they would get rid of me but I will do anything to get players to stop donating to a dishonest site. Good luck on getting your money because they are nothing but scammers. The best thing that could happen is for their gambling license be taken away. I wish you the best of luck.

How do I validate my account for speedy payouts?

also note that i had made a 1000.00 withdraw 2 months ago to witch they payed out even when jennifer had stated withdraw rule in my email so they can pay more if they wish they are just been for lack of better term Jerks but this is fine players beware

also I have found somewhere they are traded on toronto stockexchange if anyone can confirm this and give me thier traded name a friend says thier might be a way to stop trading on thier stock I will be looking at this most definitly.


I dont think they have changed thier practices they just use diffrent names for thier management.

as for the girl who says they pay in timely fashion yes this is fine if you only have small amounts but if have large amount it will take you forever to get your money out of them consider you will always be having to submit every week becuse they only do withdraws once a week and it takes 10 buisness days to up to 15 days to get your money you do the math on when you would be seen your money ah on my 4000.00 i will be waiting well over 2 months to get my money how rude .
thier are honest sites that will get your money faster My sister playes at a site that with in one week she recieved her 6000.00 withdraw with out any grief

Vega needs to be shut down or change to suit its depositers not thierselves hopufully word of mouth on the net will see to this

I am so glad someone else sees this is a cheating site. They closed my account cause they thought it would be te best way to get me off their backs. Well I want my money and won't be going anywhere till I get it. As for Sandy saying she got her money without any problems, I doubt that. She never gave her players name either so I wonder if that is even true.

I sure hope players are staying away from BingoVega. You will never get your cash out because they will decline your withdraw saying you did not wager enough. After you keep trying to get your money they will close your account. They use house players so the money doesn't leave Vega. put Bingo Vega on your Black List

as of today they have paid me only 1000.00 of the 4000.00 owing and 1500.00 in payments have disappeared they refuse to contact me and tell me where the payments are or what is going on with the missed payments or where the money went i submitted.

I know that feeling. they still owe me so rather than pay me they closed my account! Every player has to know what has been going on at Bingo Vega but they still deposit there, WHY? this too will hapen to them.Players need to wake up and stop letting Vega from sitting back and get rich while they are stealing your money!!!

have you ever checked bingo palace or bigtimebingo ? for me is the same thing just look for their promotions everything is the same. its funny to read this and then I said crap these are the people trying to get my money, i recieved the same email from Jennifer in accounting (how wierd is that=?? same name for the accounting lady???!!!! no way I will stop playing from that sites too
