Do you think that Quicktender will follow in the footsteps of Neteller and pay US players the monies in their accounts?

It would be great if the US passes on-line gaming laws!

Hard question Deliah... we have been following many areas of information about the US regulating and it "seems" to be getting closer. But who really knows with our government? I sure hope they do! It will throw a HUGE kink into many offshore bingo games when the US brings us some rules players can live with, and above board funding and withdrawals that are not black market. It will be fun to see what kind of changes will take place in the offshore sites, once word is solid the USA is going to follow simlar footsteps to GB. Then there will be some "getting acts together" for those sites who call all the shots and players either play their way or do not play!

Bad as I hate to be told what to do with my own money, I will be happy to see the USA get off the pot and get it done! I am sick to death of the ability of offshore sites to "change whatever they want whenever they want" and flooding their sites with bonus players who absolutely do nothing but steal from the paying players!

Thank you for your response and input to my email! I praying that our govt will GET IT! Regulating on-line in the US will be a great benefit not only to individuals who are shut-ins and can't go to land casinos or neighborhood bingo games. Having on-line gaming will bring I believe some sort of revenue for the country.

Let's all keep our hands crossed!

Here is a copy of an email I recently received from QuickTender.
Quote:
Dear Richard

We are writing to give you an update on the status of your QuickTender account balance.

Contrary to some speculation in the forums, certain funds of QuickTender have indeed been subject to a seizure order by the US authorities. We hope to advise those affected in the near future on the status of these funds. The funds were held with our processor, ChargeStream Ltdand the action is a matter that is in the public domain.

Whilst not all of our funds are affected, a significant amount has been. QuickTender is a reputable organisation, and we wish to ensure so far as we can that our account holders do not lose their funds in our care.

We are looking at how we can release funds to our account holders as soon as possible, however because of current restrictions we are unable to transmit any funds in USD.

In order for customers to have their balances refunded, at present they will need to have a currency account in Euros as we currently cannot make any payments into any USD denominated accounts. If you do not have an account in Euros we would urge you to obtain one in order to receive your funds.

At the end of this week QuickTender aims to advise further on enabling withdrawal of funds from your QuickTender Account.

Please bear with us in these difficult times as we endeavour to resolve the situation despite the severe limitations we face.
