I joined this bingo site wen it opened and wen i withdrew money they asked me for my detail ie copy of passport and bank card and proof of my address which i gave them and they put the money into my acccount, then i won some more and they have now closed my account and said i have multipal account with the same ip address, i am with t mobile and they have told me that every time i log on to the net i get a new ip address so loads of people will have the same ip address. Eatsleep bingo are not saying i have multipal acconts with the same name or address just the ip address, i only have one account with this company but the owe me £1036 and wont pay, i am not letting this go as i have done nothing wrong, anyone any suggestions in wat to do or if this has happened to them they sent me a email today i have put it below

Nicola,

We do not allow players to bad mouth our site. If you continue to slander our brand, we will have no choice but to proceed with legal action. You broke the rules as outlined in our rules section, and like every other person who plays at our site, you must abide by them.

Furthermore, I would like to point out that you have deposited a total of £241 on our site, and you have cashed out £587. This means you gained much more than you funded! You haven't lost a penny!

Please move forward as you are making the situation worse for yourself.

Most people who break rules accept this and move on enjoying their bingo and chatting to their friends. I think you will find this is the best way to go.

This issue has been Resolved in favor of Eatsleepbingo.co.uk

After reading all the information provided and the willingness of Eatsleepbingo.co.uk to discuss this issue and all facts sorted out, the site did no wrong in denying the withdrawal of this player or in disabling this account.

This is a reminder to all players that if you allow someone else access to your computor and they open an account from your IP addy and play on the site you put yourself in danger of having withdrawals denied and acct disabled as the sites do cross check accts and IP addy's when withdrawals are requested. You may only have one acct but someone else using your computor sets up an acct and thus puts you in the position of having more than one acct as stated in the rules on most sites.

Now this is interesting. So are they basing your play on your specific IP addy. If I am playing on a laptop that is going through my house server before connecting and my significant other is doing the same thing on another laptop does that mean we are in violation of the policy?

We have only one gateway, are using two separate PC's, but when a site see's our computers the IP's are effectively the same.

In a case like this.. it is best to contact the site, make them aware of your use circumstances and gain permission BEFORE you take a chance at winning money you cannot withdraw. And YES sites can pinpoint multiple accounts using IP addresses!
So to those of you who think you may be "fooling" a site.. think again!

[color-purple]I know there are many gambling sites, such a poker and other card games where you have to ask if your spouse can join before you try setting up an account for that very reason. I don't blame the sites for having this rule because if they didn't anyone could claim a spouse, a mother, a father, a sister/brother, etc. and the site then loses control.

There are a lot of sites out there that will refuse two people gambling in their site with different names but same IP so EatsleepBingo is not alone in this one.

I for 1 agree with this policy. Especially for poker playing because the husband/wife or partner could be sitting at the same table while in the same room at home and cheat others at the table.[/color]

Thank you for this information as I would never have thought about the fact that two different players using different names and e-mail addresses could be refused because the IP was the same. Most households have more than one player and you are right I guess in the fact that you need to check with the site if this would be allowed or not.
