You may see the length of this post, roll your eyes and say "Sissy is at it again". Yes she is. The following post is meant to SHOW our membership what lengths BPU goes to searching for information about sites who "hide" their true identitiesand/or management contact information.

I started my search for someone higher up than CeeC to contact so that we might get some FAIR and impartial service for those who have had their accounts closed at BingoHome for the same tired excuse of multiple accounts. This is long but also just a taste of the research BPU does with EVERY issue in order to get the documentation we need as back up to what we state. Some points that peaked my ineterest are highlighted in red. The information trail started with........

When you click on their "contact" link, you get NOTHING.

Does anyone find it STRANGE that a Costa Rica Travel Agency would have NO PHONE NUMBER and a contact name like "Diego W."??????? That struck me as very strange for some reason. It just seems that a travel agency would want their potential clients to be able to reach them by phone and know who they are talking to... not just some "Diego W."

And does anyone remember this same name " Diego" appeared in answered trouble tickets from BingoHome. Following more "trails" will lead me to the information I seek eventually. Now what I want to find out is if this Realty company is a front for the BingoHome site.

bingohome.com (rank 893,489)

This site reaches fewer than 2000 U.S. monthly uniques. The site is popular among a predominantly female, HH income up to $60k, primarily older, mostly Caucasian crowd.
We have sparse data about bingohome.com, so these are rough estimates.

I then started looking at BPU for any kind of solid documentation that BingoHome was licensed out of Costa Rica because I couldn't remember where I saw it. What I was looking for by following this paper trail was the name of someone, anyone, we could launch our complaints with that wouldn't just "tune us out" as CeeC did. Which government gambling commission, UK or Costa Rican we could turn these issues over to was the information needed.

What I came across was this post..............

CeeC Said:

Don't know Sissy,
I just think that if it's directly related to the site I'd rather it be asked at the site. In any case, let me tell you that the only site that Bingo Home is affiliated with is PlayBingoLive.com, but then again, only as an affiliate as they are owned by different companies.
************************************************************

Now I do not have a clue what made me do it, curiosity I suppose, but I went to PlayBingoLive and seeing they have the very same homepage and unidentifiable software as bingohome does I just decided to see if something would work.
AND when I signed in at PlayBingoLive using my BingoHome id... it let me in. I then contacted others who had accounts and were "watching" BingoHome to try the same. We have the screenshots. But notice carefully the post above where CeeC says

Quote:
the only site that Bingo Home is affiliated with is PlayBingoLive.com, but then again, only as an affiliate as they are owned by different companies.

Now we have shown time stamped documentation that she lied about me posting the thread with the information about this case on it AFTER she responded to me.

We have shown , with back up from others who did the same thing I did, that she lied about how these two sites are connected. If anyone does not see how easy it is for her to lie and still believe her site hasn't cheated not one, BUT SEVERAL players, out of their winnings with whatever excuse comes in handy... I will go back and find more proof! The sad part is, the easiest proof there is lies in the reconcile of players who have been locked out of their accounts and their winnings confiscated. I believe THAT is why we were not allowed to view them. They would have told the truth.

I am requesting member opinions whether this site should be on our "blacklist" or not. Not only has CeeC used her position to pull rank, she has stomped all over players, called them liars and then simply chose to ignore their repeated requests for some kind of answers as to why they were treated as they were. She states that she is "DONE" with this issue.

Ask yourself if YOU were the party who had been treated this way, would you want BPU to stop trying to do something for you? And as a member, are you willing to HELP do something about this sites treatment of their players? Even if it is to just speak your opinion?

JSKK I am SO sorry, I wish I had been half as diligent in your case as I was in this one. Maybe the outcome would have been different. I learn more with every issue. Please accept my apology.

There it is... from bingohome to playbingolive...every transaction I ever had at bingohome..same people in the chats..I never signed up at playbingo live to my memory, but there i am. I had .09 cents left in bingohome. and 49 cents left at play. I think the last game was not registered to the playbingolive site yet.
What a nerve that Ceec has!LOL
This is how they snag people! If i had won anything that i requested a withdrawal for, it would have been an easy matter for her to pull up my iplay account. If it was a declared sister site, there would be no surprises..but if CEEc saying that "play" is only an affiliate. is an outright LIE! Exact same site.same players. same graphics..just different names for the site. As an interesting note.. The phone area code has changed for my part of the country, and it appears in the playbingolive profile, but not in my bingohome profile. I used the old area code which may be used until Jan 2008 and then must be changed .

I went to playbingolive and changed the area code, and then to bingohome..both were changed to the older one that i typed in. The sites are getting all the same info from players, transactions, data, etc. IT IS THE SAME SITE!I wonder how many more of them there are? that is where her 30,000 players come in at I guess!
If Ceec or someone from upper management is not willing or able to explain this " anomoly" I vote for a blacklist status based on the compiled info and responses from bingohome reps.

i have often wondered when researching different sites, it would take me to a realtor or land development corp. I figured I must have made an error, but i am beginning to think that real estate is a coverup for owners of various bingo sites. Perhaps the same investment companies that include an offshore gaming site as a subsidary, but seemingly inconsequential, so no data about it is made known. or does not have to be made known if you are not a shareholder or investor. i am going to make a note of it when looking at the next site for info and discover they are selling beautiful Costa Rica property.

Hello Pamela,

BPU had a staff meeting tonight and following is the outcome of our
discussion.

Quote:
> We found the account. This player also has a duplicate account that
> only played the bonus money. However, since we didn't catch it after
> the fact we will pay him the winnings of $100 that he is entitled to.

So does this mean you are dismissing the charge of "duplicate/multiple
account abuse"? We take nothing for granted. By the way I could not get
into the one you said was the duplicate. I did get into David's account,
however and gathered what I needed. Thank you.

Quote:
>
> He is only entitled to $100 because the total winnings of almost $1000
> was all based on the free $10 he signed up with.

According to the following trouble ticket David was assured that if he did
deposit, the free money rules you keep referring to would not apply
anymore. Maybe your staff should be educated instead of your players
penalized. The following trouble ticket makes it very clear he did what
he was told to do by YOUR SUPPORT team. I found this in David's account.
CeeC neglected to send this one when she was so free with the rest....
hmmm.

Quote:
11/20/2007 1:22:08 AM USER thank you for that Annie, but if I make a
deposit will it cancel out all the free bucks rules and as long as I spend
the amount of my dep I will then be able to withdraw whatever I want?
Thankyou
11/20/2007 1:35:41 AM ADMIN Dear David,

If you make a deposit, the free money rules will not apply to you anymore
and you will have to observe the regular bonus rules in order receive any
withdrawal, remember that the first deposit get an 150% bonus and all the
others up to 50% bonus.

Feel free to contact us for further assistance.

Best Regards.

Allan.

From reading the trouble tickets, I do not see where he was trying to
"circumvent" as much as he was trying to follow all the rules, so that he
could withdraw. And quite honestly what player would not? Players know
they have to deposit in order to make withdrawals should they win. David
was VERY persistant in communicating with your help department so as to
NOT do anything wrong. That shows in the trouble tickets.

Quote:
> However, the Parlay system does not play your deposit first but your

With all due respect, do you even understand how your own deposit rules
and playthrough works? I do not mean to be smart, but NO site requires you
to play down to a point where you MUST have accessed your deposit amount
before you are elegible to cashout. I know Parlay software very well as a
matter of fact. I played bingo for a very long time. When her deposit
bonus kicked in, the software had determined she had played through enough
to be working on her deposit, or it wouldn't have given her the bonus!

Quote:
11/28/2007 9:05:03 PM RR $400.00 $162.69 248522 Redem.Request
11/28/2007 9:05:03 PM CD $50.50 $562.69 0 Payout Req.

This $400. withdrawal request was held for over two weeks

Quote:
12/13/2007 12:53:00 PM RC $375.00 $994.48 248522 scam
12/13/2007 12:52:53 PM PO $25.00 $619.48 248522 Withdrawal Approved

Then you sent her $25.00 and re applied the other $375.00 to his account
labeled it "scam" and closed the account.

Quote:
> I will open back his account and he can if he wants, send you his
> username and password so you can check his reconcile statement.

(bonus).

>
Quote:
> He can request a payout of $75 since we already sent him $25 and if he
> wants request his original deposit of $25.

As far as I can see, David followed your rules to the letter. He played
his games according to the instructions given him in a trouble ticket
which I have posted in this response. He had, by your own admission,
managed to win up to $319. in his account BEFORE making a deposit.

So let's do some math here. He was eligible to cash out $100. having met
playthru on the free $10.00. So we can deduct that $100. of eligible funds
from the $319.00 he had won, leaving a balance of $219.00.

So let's take away 219.00 from the total of 998.00 in accrued wins he had
in his account when you closed it.

That leaves a total of $780.00. You stated you have already paid him
$25.00. I verified that with David. He did get the $25.00, so we can take
that from $780.00 leaving a total balance due of $755.00 that your own
records indicate you owe. BPU feels he should be paid the ENTIRE amount in
his account to compensate what he has gone through because of lack of
communication and/or knowledge of the rules caused by YOUR support team.

First you shut him down for multiple/duplicate accounts. Then you decided
to overlook that because your management team didn't "catch it" before the
fact. When you made that decision, there was no longer grounds to withold
his winnings, but you THEN decided that he had not met playthrough. Now
this would make some very interesting reading to the general bingo
community AND licensing and gaming commissions. Parlay has worked with us
in a similar case before, I am most certain they would again. We can
handle this in private, or we can go public, that will be your choice.

The 2682 transactions in the reconcile report MORE than supports David's
required playthrough on the free sign up bonus AND the deposit he made! I
do have everything in this account documented as proof.

When he is paid $780.00, or 994.48 if you would like to show any shred of
integrity and do the right thing, we will lay this to rest.

We ask that you deposit one or the other of those totals in his Neteller
account within 24 hours. If this does not happen, we will post publicly
everything we have, and BingoHome along with PlayBingoLive will be placed
on our blacklist.

You have withheld winnings that are rightfully his long enough.

Regards,
Sissy

Just out of curiosity, how did those of you who played at BingoHome find the site?? There is so little information about it, it makes me wonder how they are "getting to" the players.

To answer Sissy's question, I was looking in whichbingo.com and although it wasn't actually advertised in there a pop-up came up and I logged on from there.
(Note to self) "Must remember to activate pop-up stopped".

Hello,

He will be paid the $780 as what he was told in that ticket was not correct
information. His account will also stay open so if he wants to play he can.

Regards,

Pamela

We did get this response yesterday morning, but as of yet, no confirmation from the player on receiving these funds.

Yes! A big Thank you to Bingohome for working with us to resolve this players issue! It is encouraging to see a site reverse a decision, after reexamining the issue.
