Hello Pamela,
BPU had a staff meeting tonight and following is the outcome of our
discussion.Quote:

So does this mean you are dismissing the charge of "duplicate/multiple
account abuse"? We take nothing for granted. By the way I could not get
into the one you said was the duplicate. I did get into David's account,
however and gathered what I needed. Thank you.Quote:

According to the following trouble ticket David was assured that if he did
deposit, the free money rules you keep referring to would not apply
anymore. Maybe your staff should be educated instead of your players
penalized. The following trouble ticket makes it very clear he did what
he was told to do by YOUR SUPPORT team. I found this in David's account.
CeeC neglected to send this one when she was so free with the rest....
hmmm.Quote:
11/20/2007 1:22:08 AM USER thank you for that Annie, but if I make a
deposit will it cancel out all the free bucks rules and as long as I spend
the amount of my dep I will then be able to withdraw whatever I want?
Thankyou
11/20/2007 1:35:41 AM ADMIN Dear David,
If you make a deposit, the free money rules will not apply to you anymore
and you will have to observe the regular bonus rules in order receive any
withdrawal, remember that the first deposit get an 150% bonus and all the
others up to 50% bonus.
Feel free to contact us for further assistance.
Best Regards.
Allan.

From reading the trouble tickets, I do not see where he was trying to
"circumvent" as much as he was trying to follow all the rules, so that he
could withdraw. And quite honestly what player would not? Players know
they have to deposit in order to make withdrawals should they win. David
was VERY persistant in communicating with your help department so as to
NOT do anything wrong. That shows in the trouble tickets.Quote:

With all due respect, do you even understand how your own deposit rules
and playthrough works? I do not mean to be smart, but NO site requires you
to play down to a point where you MUST have accessed your deposit amount
before you are elegible to cashout. I know Parlay software very well as a
matter of fact. I played bingo for a very long time. When her deposit
bonus kicked in, the software had determined she had played through enough
to be working on her deposit, or it wouldn't have given her the bonus!Quote:

Then you sent her $25.00 and re applied the other $375.00 to his account
labeled it "scam" and closed the account.Quote:

As far as I can see, David followed your rules to the letter. He played
his games according to the instructions given him in a trouble ticket
which I have posted in this response. He had, by your own admission,
managed to win up to $319. in his account BEFORE making a deposit.
So let's do some math here. He was eligible to cash out $100. having met
playthru on the free $10.00. So we can deduct that $100. of eligible funds
from the $319.00 he had won, leaving a balance of $219.00.
So let's take away 219.00 from the total of 998.00 in accrued wins he had
in his account when you closed it.
That leaves a total of $780.00. You stated you have already paid him
$25.00. I verified that with David. He did get the $25.00, so we can take
that from $780.00 leaving a total balance due of $755.00 that your own
records indicate you owe. BPU feels he should be paid the ENTIRE amount in
his account to compensate what he has gone through because of lack of
communication and/or knowledge of the rules caused by YOUR support team.
First you shut him down for multiple/duplicate accounts. Then you decided
to overlook that because your management team didn't "catch it" before the
fact. When you made that decision, there was no longer grounds to withold
his winnings, but you THEN decided that he had not met playthrough. Now
this would make some very interesting reading to the general bingo
community AND licensing and gaming commissions. Parlay has worked with us
in a similar case before, I am most certain they would again. We can
handle this in private, or we can go public, that will be your choice.
The 2682 transactions in the reconcile report MORE than supports David's
required playthrough on the free sign up bonus AND the deposit he made! I
do have everything in this account documented as proof.
When he is paid $780.00, or 994.48 if you would like to show any shred of
integrity and do the right thing, we will lay this to rest.
We ask that you deposit one or the other of those totals in his Neteller
account within 24 hours. If this does not happen, we will post publicly
everything we have, and BingoHome along with PlayBingoLive will be placed
on our blacklist.
You have withheld winnings that are rightfully his long enough.Regards,
Sissy
