I have been playing bingo at South Beach Bingo for the past 2 years. Recently I had finally had a winning streak and had around $900 in winnings. I decided to make a withdrawl of $500. I was declined the first time because they said they didn't have my information to process. This was fine, so I submitted everything I needed to and made a withdrawl request again, again it was declined for the same reason. I contacted them as I was upset with getting the run around. Went on Live chat and spoke with an account manager. Everything got cleared up with my id and all is good with that. Now came the big shocker I was not expecting!! I have screen shots of most of the conversation I had with this account manager to prove that this is no joke.

I was told that I was not eligible to withdraw any winnings because I had not met the wagering requirements. I could not understand this as I had already played about $200 worth of my winnings before this conversation. I was told that with the bonuses I received I would have to of wagered 8000 in order to receive any payout. I saw that this conversation was not going to go in my favor in any way, shape or form. I believed what this account manager told me. Either he could clear my account of any balances and I would start from scratch or I could bet everything I had and hope for the best! Instead of him just taking my balance I figured I would spend it all and see what happened. A whole whopping $8.60 is what I won!! :-q

I truly feel lied to and ripped off by this account manager. Maybe he is right, but I can't see this being fair at all. If anyone can shed some light on this I would appreciate it.
