Post subject: Should CM's stay at a site with a history of slow or NO pay?

We are experiencing several CM's problems with getting paid from Bingoentertainment. Some stayed longer than others, but the main reason for their quitting was slow or NO pay.

I have been told in an email that these hosts would be paid the end of June. The same person, Michael of Bingoentertainment, told me, in an email, that their time had been turned in on the 3rd of June. Then he turns around and tells me that they are having to chase down hours in order to pay the correct amounts. Does it make sense to anyone but me, that if the time had been turned in, there would be a record of who had what hours? It isn't like they get paid in advance for what they do!

Below are partial copies of emails supporting our position. I am declining to put the entire emails because some dealt with more than one issue. These emails belong to me and I can do as I wish with them.

Hi Michael,

Looks like another CM (ex) with a pay problem. Can you help us out with
this? She has also put a post in forum.

Thanks for priority handling.

Dear Sissy

I like the way the cm's quit and leave chat unattended because they go to
sleep while on duty and then come to you for not being paid. Pam was a good
CM but resigned without notice after the head CM quit.

I truly believe Sissy that before allowing people to post on your site and
damage a sites good reputation you should first hear both sides of the story
and CM's should start taking their jobs more seriously. We had a CM (Tina)
quit while in the middle of Chat and said F.. all of you to our players and
left. What happens if she writes to you? Should we pay or not?

I would like your views pls.

Kind Regards

Dear Sissy

As you know we always pay all CM's. There have been a few issues with
certain CM's that resigned without notice. Payments for these CM's will go
out at the end of this month. We are calculating the hours worked by the
CM's in question and they shall receive their payments in due course.

Kind Regards

Partial email:
Let us know what you can do to make this go away as well as paying your
chat hosts who quit because they were not getting paid (documented)
according to instant messenger chats with you as "moonwalker". Obviously
you told Pam that her pay was sent out on the first part of June, yet you
tell me they will be paid the last part of June? What I do not understand
are the conflicting stories. I told you I felt they should be paid
regardless of how their employment ended and if you were unhappy with the
performance they should have been let go earlier.

See what I was sent below:
>> MoonWalker 6/17/2011 10:28 AM

>> others
>> MoonWalker 6/17/2011 10:28 AM

>> MoonWalker 6/17/2011 10:29 AM

>> MoonWalker 6/17/2011 10:29 AM
>> chelle sent your hour son
>> the 3rd which was a
>> firday
>> MoonWalker 6/17/2011 10:30 AM
>> we started processing

>> MoonWalker

Time sent in on the 3rd... but now it will be the end of the month before
they receive their pay?? Sound s like punishment for quitting with no
notice to me. Do you like to get paid for working?
I can and will keep digging to help these players and CM's get what is
rightfully theirs until they DO receive it. I will be happy to handle
this behind closed doors and through emails as long as we are
communicating and making headway. Otherwise, I will use whatever methods
I have to use to get these ladies their money. It is not right!! Make it
right and I will go away.

Hi again

I have just read the whole email and I do not appreciate being blackmailed
by you or the CM's who quit WITHOUT notice. Had they been office staff, I
would have brought proceedings against them.

As mentioned in my previous email, we have nothing to do with Vadim or
Cashgrade apart from the fact that we know him. He resigned from BingoGala
in 2009.

You are not qualified to do a legal search Sissy so I suggest you stop
trying to be an investigator or detective. If you want to see who is behind
cashgrade search the registrar of companies.

As for the CM's as I said, I did not let them go,4 or 5 of the quit without
notice. Not because they did not get paid but because they followed one of
the head cm's that left so what they are saying is not true. You can dig as
much as you want but companies have rights also and we will use these right
to the full extent if need be.

I have once again gone through the whole message in more detail and would
like to mention that what you are writing is not the case with regard to the
CM's payments. As for Cashgrade, I have replied in my previous messages. I
would like to once again state that we had nothing to do with the company in
question and that we honored all payments to the cashgrade accounts of the
people in question. As for cashgrade not paying, we have nothing to do with
that issue.

Now back to the CM's. The head CM's submit the hourly rate and the total
hours at the start of each month. With June they were submitted on the 3rd.
The 3rd was a Friday. We began to process payments on the 6th.

All CM's currently employed by our company have been paid on time without
delays. One of the head CM's was asleep during her shift. I had a go at
her and she resigned immediately, leaving the site unattended. One the day
after xxx followed, then another and another. These CM's, I do not know if
this applies to all or a few started posting messages on facebook etc,
trying to attract players to other sites and different stories and lies
about different issues.

As such they are not telling you the whole truth but whatever they want to
tell you.

We have never had issues in the past with delays in paying any cm. This is
why we are now only hiring people located here. The first time this
happened was when we tried to use cashgrade for payments of our cms. This
delay now is caused by the simple fact that we are trying to calculate the
correct amounts to send the cms that resigned. As stated, we also have
rights and using our database to try and damage the site is just nothing
that I will take for granted. This is what the ex cms have done.

It still seems to me there should be documentation of how much each CM got!! There ought to be NO "calculations" happening, just pay them what you paid your friend Vadim! Notice the still currently emplyed CM's have been paid, only those who are not there anymore are waiting.

Hello Michael,

The only qualifications I need are to be able to navigate the internet
looking for information I seek. You are an attorney, of sorts, so do what
you have to do.

You told me these CM's time was turned in by the head CM on the 3rd of
June. Do you not keep records you could refer to and pay them that
amount, or is it just easier to use an excuse to prolong their pay? I
don't know what your laws are but I have yet to hear of any employee going
thru legal proceedings for quitting a job! Too funny!

You are not being black mailed. I don't like being threatened either. I
told you short and sweet. I do not like being treated like I am stupid.
You have no idea what my qualifications are but I will tell you the one
that I am most proud of is perserverance!

I will be handling my findings in BPU. Ignore it or keep informed by
reading our findings. Your choice. I will continue to do what I have to
do to see these CM's are paid and that Annette's $2400 will NOT be

Hi Again

I see you once again mention the cash out of $2400. We paid that to the
players account. You can confirm this with the player. I do not know why
you keep asking us for that amount as we have already paid it.

We have nothing to do with cashgrade as previously mentioned. If you or
anyone else wants to bring an action against them then please do.

As for the CM's that left our employment they will receive their pay for
hours worked.

Now members, if you were the CM's involved in this, would you quit or keep working for no pay? If Bingoentertainment sent the money to a processor of THEIR choice, one who they LED their players and CM's to and this processor did not pay these people, do you feel Binngoentertainment ought to stand behind their business by making it right?

You can see the different stories told by Michael as if he forgot what he told the time before. Same old same old.... true colors show if we wait long enough!
