* Site has had no public unresolved complaints concerning player issues to the best knowledge of BPU or other reliable informational sources within the preceding 6 months. Please contact BPU with any documentation that may dispute this claim.

* Site has a track record, determined from forums and player input of paying players in a timely and fair manner.

* Site has experienced, professional and courteous support help available to offer assistance in a timely manner. BPU feels 12 hours from time of entering support ticket and/or email is sufficient for a reply.

* This site does not promote or display pornography.
