Hi Ginger, NO ma'am we do not think of ourselves as THE watchdogs of the industry. Just watchdogs with a common interest of seeing, someday, a happy playground for both players and sites.
I played at Bingofunhouse for 5+ years when it first opened, even BEFORE they had any chat games, hosts OR playthroughs! You site may have been taken over by new management, and obviously in need of reviews or you wouldn't have asked us to review you, but you are well above the "industry standards", concerning playthrough requirements. Please be aware, part of what we do is to pass our education, bought with time and perserverance, on to not only the players, but the sites as well. Would you NOT want to know if there was a better deal out there for something you wanted to purchase?
Personally, I am a "comparison shopper" when looking at the market, and I tend to feel like surely I am not the only one.

Seriously, your review of my site.. did it include talking with the real players?
Did you guys go and actually ask the real people that play with us if they are ever able to get payouts?
Do our players consider the rollover too much, or do they consider it fair?
It is not our job to question your players, but it is YOURS! It is not our job to search your players out to get a review from them. The type of reviews we do are based only on rules and what we consider a "player friendly" establishment.
There is a ton of room here for your players to put a review about your site... you might want to suggest they do so, if you want the bingo playing world to know about you. It is the players who let other players know what a site is about. It is the players that other players listen to.
We do not feel, obviously to your chagrin, that a 40% playthrough on slots or video poker is player friendly. That does NOT mean you are not a good site. That does NOT mean you don't pay out with few or no hassles. That does NOT mean that you have players who disagree with your playthrough rules. It simply means WE FEEL it is too high and we know other sites offer better odds.

In Sitejabber.com: a negative comment, from someone who states that we close accounts with no reason, who gives no detail of when, why or who?

What sitejabber does and how they handle their reviews is their business. I would address them, if I were you, to get this settled. If you want specifics, ask them!

And and in casinocrush.com: In the bingo section (which makes it bingocrush.com, by the way): All I saw was a comment from a player that got $600 from us, and it was a very positive review!

This is what we found at casino crush:

my bingo account got disabled because i've cashed out to much.can you believe that cr?p.I can't help it that am lucky there.they should be happy that my cashouts amounts went down since they changed software, lol.they said that stated in the rules that they can close my account at any time for any reason at there discreation.so they will send me my balance of 140.00 and i forfiet my RB's of 1,332.i never thought in a million years that my acct. would be closed for cashing out to much.it's bad enough trying to find a place you can trust to pay without a hassel now i have to be careful of cashing out to much.places have no problems taking your money, just paying it out.
If you use the link I provided above you can see it was written by Shirlsplay, who, in fact, played at BFH when I was there. I remember her well! What she states rings a bell because if you look here:

This often leads to abuses by players who feel it is
their "right" to cash out at every opportunity they have. I'm sorry but it is not their "right" and when they flat out tell us they are here solely to "make money" we have the "right" and will take appropriate action to prevent this abuse Let me ask you, does your site ever close accounts of those who withdraw more than you think they should? Do you deny the post at bingocrush being true? I assure you, I can take the time to gather any documented information emails, help tickets etc) Shirls may have to find the truth. Truth is what you seek, is it not?

I'd much rather see you dedicated to getting back all the people you used to have, instead of continuing to pose as "the real thing"
We wish the very same for you

Show players requirements closer to industry standards, and you just may accomplish it! Thanks for your response and good luck at your site... send those players!! We would love to see good reviews!
