We understand that Bingo Vega is under new management and that things are going to be different than they have been in the past.

To Vega's credit, we have been working behind the scenes with their new management and players who were shafted in past years. These players now have their money and a word of good will that things will NOT be the same as they were before.

We worked with a fellow who was more than accomodating in helping us resolve issues as old as 3 years. BPU feels anyone deserves a second chance and we are willing to give that. Players can look at it two ways... give them a chance, especially now when all eyes are on them to "see" if they do like they say, or choose to not forget what has happened in the past and not play there.

At this time we are not recommending nor condemning Vega. They will be on a trial period of several months here before we lift their "guarded status". We are told that payment to US citizens will not be a problem. We look forward to hearing good things from our members. Players can make or break a site.. follow your gut feelings, they usually do not lie.

Good luck in your new endeavors BingoVega. It might be a long road, but, will be worth it to you in the long run to have a reputation for being a player friendly and fair site. Thanks for coming forward and making it easy to resolve issues that have been open far too long.

I've been asking recently at some of the sites I'm a member at about deposit bonuses and having the ability to opt out in order to keep wager requirements to only pertaining to the deposits. Here's a copy of my chat with BingoVega this morning:

NOTE: Please make a note that once you opt out of bonuses, that will also include any promo type you receive in the emails, birthday bonuses, etc. Some sites also include chat bonuses in that opt out, some don't, so you'll have to ask about that so you can let the CM's know not to credit your account with any if you are playing chat games so you aren't taking chat bb's away from someone who should really be the one getting them.

the only thing they upgraded is making it impossible to cash out. I deposited 25.00. won 1000.00 game but since I slotted they said I had to wager 12k. I lost it all trying to wager that amount, then deposited 50 with 100% bonus won 600 on slots after slotting for 3 hours. I cashed it out and they put it back . so I am sure they will make sure i loose that also trying to wager. So thank you Bingovega for the Merry Christmas

I don't understand why you would be denied a cash-out on your 1st deposit as it was $25 and even with the big play thru they seem to have you (in my opinion only) even with the bonus should have met the wageri ng requirements. As this is only my opinion because I havent kept up with the bingo world lately, I will just say if they turned over a new leaf it would behoove them to take care of their players.

How can a player really know what the wagering is if Jan and Mark tell you 2 different amounts?

Now that the Holidays are over I did contact Vega and other concerned parties about your situation and awaiting a reply. You should have a copy of the email I sent them.

I do have to say Vega did alot of changes for the best ,The GM's are great and so is their programs but the wagering is out of control and impossible to fiqure out unless you do accounting. I also know everysite needs to make money but the wagering is out of control and I play alot but never had problems trying to fiqure out the wagering.

BingoVega (whitecosm.com) bought BingoPalace, Onlinebingo, and BigTimeBingo. Make no mistake, BingoVega is still run by the same people that everyone used to have to fight tooth and nail to get their cashouts from. The culture is still the same, however they are now in a position to have dedicated PR people.

I was one of the players they always messed with because I went to BPU for help and they did a great job and still do. I had my account closed more than it was open. they always disabled my account. They closed my account once and kept my money. I finally did get it back after 3 years. I really thought this time they would clean up their site. As for Beth I am glad she finally came clean but all that girl and her sister put me through I have nothing good I can say.I too saved all her nasty emails. Some things are hard to forget but at least now we know how much we were getting ripped off. Thank God we have BPU, best site I ever joined.
