Hello toeachhisown,
I am not understanding why you disapprove of 2 or more accounts in a household? The main reason most bingo sites dont allow that is because of the free sign up bonus. I really cant see what the problem is if a person is a depositing player, has their own account and is abiding by the play rules. What difference does it make where they live? It is not going to change the odds at all if 2 people from the same house are playing. If I had an account and my hubby decided he wanted to play and set up his own account with his own bank information, as all players have to do, how does that affect anyones odds other than another person playing?

If you are talking about a person having 2 accounts using sign up bonus to play, that is way wrong. But if they get discoverd will lose all monies anyway. Sites are just looking for any reason to keep your money.

It may increase the possibility of that household winning at a site,,but then they are spending for 2 accounts. When regulation occurs that will be an issue that will possibly be addressed and resolved.

I do understand what you're saying. And you have the right to your opinion as I do mine. However, it's the dishonest players that cause the problem. They sign up for an account for themself, then make another for husband or wife. And then same person is playing both accounts. I'm sure not everyone does this, but many do (they have admitted to it when no CM on duty). Therefore, I would like to see only one account per household rule at all sites in the future.

The use of multiple accounts should be eliminated, I agree with that. Perhaps if sites stopped offering free money that would dissuade players from attempting to open multiples. But then again...... that is a wonderful and valid reason for sites to close accounts and withold monies from players. Do you think it could possibly be a plan?? lol
Site owners and managers can read IP addies. If a player has opened an account for the "try" money and then attempts to open another one, why is it that the IP isnt blocked from registering again? This should be a standard fixture in software compliance if it is in the policy of the site.
When players are on try money or bonus bucks, they are , for all purposes, houseplayers because they cannot withdraw any cash. Why shouldnt sites encourage multiple accounts if they can have more players in the game without ever having to cash them out? This is a real pitfall for players to resist that temptation, because I believe the ability to open multiple accounts is a purposeful function enabled by sites to disable accounts when the time is right.
